Nestled in the lush Cauca region of Colombia, the Santa Ana microlot returns for its second season, a coffee crafted with care and precision. Cultivated under the protective canopy of Galapos trees, this unique coffee highlights the diverse ecosystems of Piendamo and the region’s rich coffee-growing heritage. Federico Pillimue Aranda, a dedicated farmer and member of the Comepcafe Cooperative since 2015, nurtures his coffee plants with innovative methods that bring out their fullest flavor potential. His work is a blend of tradition and forward-thinking, making the most of Colombia’s natural environment to create a truly memorable coffee experience.

Federico’s commitment to his craft is evident in every step of the coffee’s journey, from plant to cup. His processing methods, refined through years of overcoming regional challenges, result in micro-lots that shine with the bright, fruity flavors typical of the Cauca terroir.
