The Story
For the first time, the exquisite natural process coffee from Monse Prado is introduced. Upon first encounter, its intense tropical aroma captivates with fruity notes. Brewed using the V60 method, expect a delightful explosion of pineapple and strawberry flavors—almost reminiscent of strawberry laces! A subtle finish of lemon verbena adds a refreshing herbal and citrus note, making each sip a divine experience.
This coffee is proudly partnered with Bean Voyage to bring you this wonderful coffee from innovative first-generation producer Monse Prado. After working in San Jose, Monse returned to Tarrazu, driven by her dreams and a strong work ethic. With the help of her partner’s family, lifelong coffee producers, Monse designed a unique micro-mill. This innovative facility, certified for efficient water and energy usage, embodies her ethos of quality coffee and ecological preservation. As a member of the NAMA Cafe Project, Monse collaborates with fellow producers to introduce innovative ideas, proving that women can excel in the coffee industry. "I believe that the constant challenge as a woman is to show that we can contribute to the world of coffee and do it excellently," Monse states.
