The Story
Mooleh Manay Estate is located near the beautiful backwaters of the Harangi Reservoir in Coorg, Karnataka. Managed by Komal and Akshay Dashrath, who took over from fourth-generation coffee planter, Ms. G.G. Padmashree, the estate is known for its innovative practices. Akshay Dashrath is a restless innovator who constantly seeks to improve his setup and perfect new techniques. The addition of customised fermentation barrels has opened up a whole new world of experimentation, resulting in this delightful yeast-inoculated natural coffee. The farm cultivates various coffee species, including Arabica, Robusta, and Excelsa, and employs meticulous processing methods, believing that data-driven approaches optimise agricultural practices for the highest quality coffee.
